15 mg or 50 mg?

The ratio is identical, so the only variable is total strength. At 50 mg total, roughly 25 mg is THC — more than two full regulated Canadian packages in a single capsule. That is a sensible step up for someone who has established that the 15 mg version works but wants fewer capsules, and the wrong starting point for anyone who has not.

The one limitation of capsules

They cannot be divided. A gummy can be cut and a chocolate bar can be broken, but a softgel is all or nothing. That makes capsules excellent for repeatability and poor for experimentation — choose the strength deliberately, because there is no adjusting downward once you have the bottle.
