WHAT IS AN INDICA PLANT?
Indica cannabis plants are typically shorter and bushier than their Sativa counterparts. Indicas can grow up to 20 feet high if planted outdoors, but indoors they usually stay under 5ft tall with the help of proper cultivation techniques! Indica plants typically grow for 6 to 8 weeks before they’re ready for harvest– much faster than sativa’s 9-12 week growing time. Their leaves are wide and their branches grow closely together, giving them a dense bushy appearance. This sets indica apart from Sativas which have long narrow leaves with an arrangement that is looser in comparison.
