   Hi Andrew, Thank you so much for informing us on this product. First off, let me reassure you that if there is a defect on the product or if there’s an issue with it, we will reimburse the amount, or resend another on your next order. The last thing we want is for you to have a bad experience with any product we carry.

   My personal experience with vape cartridges in general are that, sometimes when the cartridge is too full, the vial has no room to breath and as a result, unable to burn. When that’s the case, i usually just unscrew the top mouthpiece and let some oil out. I usually use a toothpick to remove a large amount and wipe it on a joint i might have lying around, then i’d just re-cap it and it would burn smoothly. If you’ve tried that and it doesn’t work, then it’s definitely a faulty cartridge. The people here are very good with making sure everyone is happy, so just let them know or just let me know personally and i’ll have another shipped out for you immediately.

   I am not a vape smoker but I am getting it for my son he loves vaping and a couple of my friends so tell me how it lol just wondering when I buy it seems like it’s mostly for heavy hitters I take it lol
