What a $74 ounce of Jet Fuel gets you

An ounce is 28 grams — around 56 half-gram joints, or roughly a month for someone smoking a gram a day. At $74 that works out to about $2.64 per gram, which sits near the top of our ounce range of roughly $39 to $100.

Ounce deals are sold as a full 28 g ounce only. We do not break them into eighths, quarters or half ounces — the flat ounce price is the entire point of the deal and it is what keeps the per-gram cost where it is. What does Jet Fuel smell and taste like?

The name is not decoration. Jet Fuel leads with a sharp, pungent diesel that fills a room, layered with sour lemon, pine and a skunky base. If you like gas-forward strains this is one of the most concentrated examples on our menu; if you do not, this is not the ounce for you.

Buds are medium-sized, bright olive green and conical, with heavy trichome coverage across the tips.

What kind of high is Jet Fuel?

Energetic, creative and euphoric — the strain is often described as full throttle, and it is one of the few on this page that pushes toward motivation and focus rather than away from them. It suits daytime use, social settings and anything you actually want to get done.

The flip side is that it is a poor choice late at night, and people sensitive to racy strains should go lightly. Effects differ from person to person.

How to keep an ounce fresh

Get it out of the bag it ships in. An airtight glass jar kept cool, dark and around 55–62% relative humidity holds flavour and potency for months, while a bag left in a warm room turns dry and harsh within weeks. If you are working through the ounce slowly, split it across two jars so you are not airing out the whole supply every time you open it.
