Nobody knows exactly where OG Shark came from

It is one of the better cannabis mysteries. OG Shark is found almost entirely in Canada, which is where it is assumed to have originated, but no breeder has ever credibly claimed it. The prevailing theory is a Diesel crossed with a Blueberry — and that is genuinely all it is, a theory.

What does OG Shark look, smell and taste like?

The nugs are oblong and unusually attractive — a mix of purple and green running through them. The nose carries the fuel character of the rumoured Diesel side with sweeter fruit underneath from the Blueberry half.

What kind of high is OG Shark?

Nicely balanced, which is the strain’s real selling point — it does not commit hard to either the head or the body. The important caveat is strength: this is a strain for people who know their tolerance. Overconsumption is specifically associated with paranoia here, so go carefully at first.

AAAA+ sits at the top of the Canadian grading scale. It is a judgement about how the flower was grown, cured and trimmed rather than a lab number: dense, properly dried buds, hand-trimmed rather than machine-cut, a heavy trichome coat, and terpenes strong enough that you smell the jar before it is fully open. How to store it

Keep it in an airtight glass jar, cool, dark and at roughly 55–62% relative humidity. Flower stored that way holds its terpenes and potency for months; flower left in a bag in a warm room dries out and goes harsh within weeks — and with AAAA+ the terpene profile is most of what you paid for, so it is worth protecting.
